根據傑昇通信統計9月份手機銷售數據，公佈最新降價手機排名，本月進榜單機降幅範圍介於3%~14%之間，整體總降價幅度則在4%~49%內；本月多款手機祭出降價優惠，以吸引消費者目光，其中降價幅度最大的是Google Pixel 9（12GB/256GB），單機降價高達2,700元，而vivo V30（12GB/512GB）則以累積總降幅近5成，總降價金額破萬元，成為９月降價榜雙冠王。

9月手機市場熱鬧非凡，蘋果秋季發表會的舉辦，無疑是刺激了手機市場的銷售，全台最大通訊連鎖門市─傑昇通信分析，雖然整體手機市場需求疲軟，消費意願低落，然而各大品牌為了搶佔市場份額，紛紛推出降價優惠，旨在吸引消費者升級換機；最明顯的是佔降價榜四席的Google，上市首月直接包辦降價榜前四名，降價冠軍Pixel 9（12GB/256GB）降價金額高達2,700元，另一款機型Pixel 9 Pro XL兩規格容量，單月就有2,500元的降價，這對價格較敏感的消費者來說，無疑是換機一大誘因。
除了Google Pixel 9外，像是彰化鏡頭收購sony Xperia 1 VI（12GB/512GB）、華碩ROG Phone 8 Pro及小米14 Ultra等旗艦機也紛紛加入降價行列，平均降幅達4%。傑昇通信表示，在蘋果新機上市前後，各大品牌為搶佔市場份額，不惜祭出更大力度的促銷；不僅旗艦機，中階手機市場的競爭同樣激烈，尤其是單月降幅最高14%的Motorola edge 40，由於上市已屆半年，當各品牌紛紛推出性價比更高的產品，導致價格戰不斷，因此只能透過降價來刺激銷量。
九月降價榜上，累積總降價金額最多的單機是vivo V30（12GB/512GB），總降幅49%逼近半價，傑昇通信認為，隨著新機V40系列發表，影響舊機降價是最主要的因素，沒有新機迷思的消費者，更可趁勢入手規格齊備，前後鏡頭搭載5000萬超廣角大光圈，結合OIS與EIS雙重防手震，同時具有多人自動對焦功能，連招牌柔光環也升級，還降價10,200元的V系列中階機。
開賣才一周左右的iPhone 16降價幅度前所未見，本月也強佔降價榜四席，根本不必等前代降價撿便宜，直接入手新機就好。傑昇通信觀察，單月降價2,010元最多的iPhone 16 Pro（1TB），以及平均降幅達5%的標準版iPhone 16，主要源於市場供需狀況，特別是今年iPhone 16新機維持定價，加上標準版iPhone 16三款容量貨量齊全，通路端才有可操作的降價空間。同時，價差大的前代機型仍有少量現貨在市面流通，促使新機必須降價維持競爭力，也反映出手機市場競爭的激烈程度。
